I have a blower working at 90cfm, p=20psi, t=170C from a 12m long header(steel pipe with d=75mm)under a paved area.Asphalt is 50mm thickness. Outside temperature will be around 10C below 0 in the winter. The pulsing of the blower is 4 hours ON and 8 hours OFF. How deep should be the header installed in fill sand under the parking lot not to create a safety hazard by melting the snow during the operating time and subsequent freezing of the water/snow during the OFF period.
