Adhesive for Bug Trap

I am trying to find an adhesive such as you would use on those sticky bug traps. In short, I have a problem with meal moths that I am trying to solve. Unfortunately, they are not attracted to light much nor anything else making most bug traps useless.

My plan is to take some large plastic sheets and coat them with an adhesive then hang them on the wall where they tend to congregate. If the plastic sheets are large enough, then through sheer odds, they will become trapped.

So, basically, what I'm in need of is an adhesive that will remain tacky for extended periods of time even after exposure to air. In addition, it should be cost effective to use since I'll be coating 4x8' sheets of plastic at a time. Something that could be applied with a spray-on applicator would be perfect though if I have to I'll use a brush. ;-)

Any advise would be greatly appreciated,

Here are two places you can get the paper ready to use.
The original fly paper was coated with sour molasses.

The have both a fly and moth paper.
The fly paper will catch moths along with flies.

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to make my own fly/moth catcher simply because they are not attracted to the smaller ones. These moths don't even react to the pheremone traps (that also come with sticky-pads) in any great number. They do tend to congregate on the wall above where I have some palates of food products stored so if I can place a large (i.e., a 4 foot x 8 foot) sticky pad, the odds of getting them within a reasonable period of time would be pretty good. Unfortunately, the smaller traps are too small to catch these things effectively. BTW: I've checked with some in the pest control business and they basically say that they don't have anything that catch these effectively either. So, I'm on my own to "invent" my own solution...

So, right now, I'm planning on making my own 4x8 foot sticky pad that I can hang on the wall.
