Hej Arne,

B-plus gmbh has an activeX for S7, but it is not cheap - 2500€.

Hej Jesper

I think that 2500Euro is to most.

Do you know the protocol for S7/IP (S7-300) Kummunication ?
I will then make my own Active-X, I have allready make to a Omron CJ1 CPU (Ethernet card EN11)

Hej Jesper

Hej Arne,

I don't know very much about the various S7 protocols, only from a users point of view.

Siemens probably keeps the specifications to themselves, as they dont want others to make competing products to their Simatic Computing software.

But there are a few who make DLL type libraries (not ActiveX) for S7, and they are not all so expensive:

(MPI/Profibus/Ethernet) approx 2000~3000€
(MPI) approx 900€
(MPI/Ethernet) approx 2000~3000€
