ACS 3 points snap

Hello, everybody. I got V8.00.01.19 When i want to change ACS by 3 points i can't snap to 3D objects. I worked on V8 2004 version, everything was ok. Maybe it just settings question or a bug in oldest versions? Please, help. Thank you.

Found it, it just the AccuSnap. Somehow it won't work without Ctrl+Shift. So you just should keep them to snap in the 3D to point 3 points.
