Hi,
I am currently working on acoustic simulation using ANSYS Workbench 17.1 to measure acoustic sound pressure level (SPL) across the acoustic material (resonator).
I am using the method of Acoustic impedance tube having both inlet (location where I put an acoustic excitation) and outlet (location where I put a resonator).
My question is:
1) How to define a rigid surface for the outer surface of the impedance tube?
2) What kind of Boundary condition should I chose for this type of problem? my acoustic excitation would be surface velocity with magnitude of 40 m/s
3) How to determine the deflection of the bottom surface of the resonator?
I am a new user to ANSYS acoustic package. Any help or idea would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
