I'm looking for a meter that is capable of measuring agitation in my acid-stripping tank. I've seen "open-current" meters used for Oceanographic and River monitoring, but I haven't found anything applicable to my need. I may be missing the right keywords, but in essence, I would like a probe I can stick into my tank of agitated acid that will tell me the local fluid velocity in the vicinity of the probe. Does anyone know of such a product?
