ACI Appendix D

Has any of you managed to decipher Appendix D enough that you've been able to make an Excel sheet to take care of all the nuances? I would like to have a sheet for this appendix as I dont have a need to design anchor bolts very often and each time I do, I need to re-teach myself how to use App D.

I tried writing one a while back but gave up when my company bought "Studs V4.1.1" from

http://www.precastengineer.com.

The program they have requires a hardware lock, but is relatively inexpensive and well worth the money. I tried submitting hand calculations to Engineers, but honestly I would make some errors when working with appendix D. Finally someone in our office banged out some hand calc's and verified the Studs program. Now it's all we use.
