Abaqus Thermal Stress example model...

Hello, does anyone have an example of a thermal stress analysis in Abaqus they can send me? I have a model of a plastic part that sits in an aluminum housing and all parts start at 45 C and then the parts are cooled off quickly by getting splashed with cold water at (5 C). The plastic part and housing then go back up to 45 C. It would be great if someone has an example model to send me with a similar analysis. This plastic will crack at a nit line because of this quick transient temperature change. The heat transfer effects will cause stress in the plastic.
