I am modelling a simple transversely isoptropic rod under 3 point bend load. I have assigned the material orientation correctly and my assembly also looks fine. I am am trying to retrieve the Flexural load versus displacement plot through a reference point that I have coupled with loading pin (equation-interaction). I am however getting extremely low values of force when I compare with my experimental curves in y direction (direction of load). Can anybody help me figure what is wrong with my model ? I have assigned the material orientation using (GLOBAL AXIS). I have also tried switching the slave-master surface. I have also used analytically rigid surface but I have obtained same result. Can anyone please help ?

Don't be offended by this question but it's burned me more times than I'd like to admit. Did you check your units to make sure they are consistent?
