As some others say, it is hard to understand your idea exactly. But here is my interpretation...
The way you have drawn the schematic the needle valve fills no function. I assume you have put the needle valve there to control flow from the capped side to the rod side. That won't work since oil...
This is just an attempt to shed some light on how an LS system works. LS pressure is supposed to be 0 (zero) if no hydraulic function is activated. The pump goes down to a standby mode at a low pressure. That pressure setting can vary depending on the type of machine. Approx 35 bar sounds...
I would help a lot in a opening post by telling us what type of application this is about.
So the brakes are applied mechanically with a spring?
As I understand you the brake release pressure is supposed to not exceed 30 bar, right?
And the rest of the hydraulic system has a higher max...
This flow intensification/FI Jacc mentions happens on differential cylinders capped side when retracting the cylinder. That means that we get x% higher flow returning from the capped side than the pump flow entering the rod side.
A normally designed hydraulic differential cylinder has a capped...
If you have a double action DIFFERENTIAL cylinder and supply 10 L/min to the capped side it will come out 10 L/min from the rod side. But the 10 L/min from the rod side is the sum of oil volume and rod volume. Accordingly, if we reverse the direction of travel and supply 10 L/min to the rod side...
The difference between your concept and the airgun is that in your concept you store the energy in the compressed air and in the air gun the energy is stored in a compressed spring. And the spring pushes the piston that compresses the air when shooting the pellet. The stiffer spring and the...
Are all these hoses and fittings in series?
What are the cylinder diameter dimensions of the piston and the rod?
If more than one cylinder actuator, are they operated one by one individual or several of them simultaneously?
Is this a fixed displacement pump or a variable displacement constant...
Here is an article that briefly explains the pump

why a hydraulic powered air compressor?
I understand you are in need of compressed air. But pneumatic systems most often run intermittent, intermittent use, and intermittent air supply to a pressurized air tank. Also, pneumatic systems are not really a good choice for high-power applications. So...
I agree that it is a Q from someone that does not know a lot about hydraulics in general. That's why I tried to lay out some explanation "cards" about how these pumps works
And this question shows the ignorance
So before we actually know exactly what OP thinks is possible to accomplish we need...
This is how the pump manages the pressure with the compensator
Disconnect the compensator and plug the ports/holes in the pump housing and the pump can't destroke
A system with a variable displacement pump has a directional valve system with a closed center. IF you want to convert it to a fixed displacement pump you will need a directional valve with an open center so the entire pump flow can be dumped or by-passed to the tank when no hydraulic function...
What are the inside cylinder diameter, the piston rod diameter, and the length of the piston stroke?
What is the pump pressure to lift and hold the elevator cabin?
How far away is the pump unit (the directional valve) from the cylinder ie the length of the hydraulic line?
What is the inside...
Correct if you have another source of hydraulic pressure ie charge/servo-pump...
Usually these pumps are bi-directional and most commonly used in closed loop hydrostatic drives for mobile equipment
It is not the pressure that increases displacement in a variable piston pump. It is a mechanical spring that is making sure the pump displaces fluid at startup. The pressure build-up helps the pump to compress that spring and decrease the pump displacement.
