For a weld P1 - P8 plates (fillet weld & same thickness) is it mandatory to have chemical composition of test coupon in PQR?
Also, what part in Section IX says about need to list also hardness of test coupon?
Service is non-corrosive and it is a tank.

Alloy is 35Cr45Ni (no ASTM spec to reference).
1. Furnaces are being erected and it was noticed that some of the tubes have multiple rust spots, typically these results from carbon steel contamination.

Best option is Duplex stainless steel type 2205.
Be advised that if component is going to be used in pressure containing part or vessel, ASME code limit use of duplex to less than 600F.
