As the post is over a year old, and now understanding you were looking for an oem integration, I would not recommend the HSI camera. It is comparing apples to oranges. The pathfinder is designed to be integrated for autos and trucks, primarilly for night vision, not for use as a stand alone...

Most hand held IR Thermometers have a fixed emmisivity of .95. They should work fine at .90 level. Some of the more expensive models have adjustable emmisivity level. Here is a link to a wide variety of pyrometers. Happy to discuss any of them off-line...
