In the UK there are courses offered as ASME Plant Inspector" in levels 1 -3. An excerpt from the training companies flyers reads,
"and ASME certificate costs are included in the course fee.
Looking through the ASME website and course lists for North America I cannot find this course listed...

We have the final closing weld on a closed heat exchanger to ultrasonically test. (There is no access for radiography.)
