    Pre-determined Standard Times MOST or MODAPTS. Which is better?

    Over the years I have done stop watch time study analysis, but would prefere to use a pre-determined time standard system such as Modapts or MOST. Both are similarly structured and have been around for many years, but which one is prefered in practise. Your feedback would be appreciated.
