    DBRO algorithm? (dimensional based reading order)

    Hello everyone!I'm working on single parity check product codes,and I really need to know how DBRO algorithm works. DBRO is mentioned as a way for encoding data, (in a 2Dimensional matrix) so maybe it means that I have to code rows first,and then columns? can someone help me?
