Anybody know anything about the Turbine incident at Ironbridge ? (When I say Turbine incident it is now an ex turbine.)

I have heard the term bandied about but never particularly seriously, but it is suggested that the phenomenon can occur in large boilers used to drive steam turbines, I am somewhat dubious as searches for the phenomenon on line refer to anything from physiology of alveolae to qhantum mechanics...
Anybody any idea as to the limits of conductivity of closed circuit cooling water system used in a hydrogen filled generator (Dry stator)with 4 cccw filled hydrogen coolers. That is if there even is one? The Generator is around 220 Mws, and the conductivity was previously run at around 35...
