    I have 27 inch deep by 6 inch wide flange by 0.5" thick web I I beams by Bethlehem. They do appear to be in the AISC historical sections catalogue. May be a special crane section. Anyone have a source for the properties?

    Log building roof tie downs

    In designing log structures, traditionally roofs have not been tied down. I am looking for a tie down type that is 1. hidden (built into the logs ?) 2. corrosion resistant ( stainless ?)) 3. can accommodate the progressive shrinkage of multiple layers of logs . (spring loaded? )
