Question:
Would the addition of a shoulder harness, to an aircraft seat, effect the resultant floor loadind during a sudden impact load?
Assume:
1. Both the waist and shoulder belts are attached to the seat, not the floor.
2. Average weight person in both scenarios, 175 lb.
