I am looking for information on cutting conditions for cutting 1" thick mild steel. Is there a reference sheet for gas pressure, cutting speed, stand off and focus.
Would be greatly appreciated.
I have a Trumpf laser and I'm having problems cutting stainless, aluminum or anything reflective. The mirrors are buring out within hours. What am I doing wrong?

I am wondering if this laser has two lenses in the cylinder or is one a protective window? Any info on this particular laser would be helpful. THe cylinder part number is PO591-1208-00001

Help please. I am having issues with a chrome coming off the tip of 2mm double nozzle. I'm cutting 0.08 stainless. Using nitrogen to cut and about every 20 hours I have to replace the nozzle. Any idea why this is happening.
I have a Mazak Champion and having problems cutting .316 stainless. Poor cuts with dross. I'm using a 2mm nozzle. Any suggestions as to what is going on?
