Does anybody have a lead on 8-32 flush head screws with painted heads? There are boeing specs, but they show zero stock.

Since Ftu is the same for both the L and LT directions, could I use the charts for the L direction and reason it that way?

With the use of 7050 plate in lieu of forging blanks, I would think that somebody came up with data. I haven't been able to find any.
