    Reducing flange ASME B16.5 used with ASME B31.3 design

    Material Certificate for ASTM A333 Gr 6 1/2 doesn't show impact test result. I found it also on ASTM A350 LF2 Cl1 with the same dimensions. When I analyse the ASTM specification no indications to exempt from impact test. Any reasons ?
