When I export a parasolid file, then use File, Open to re-import it into NX, each body gets created as a component but my component naming is not preserved. Instead, the new components are named "{filename}_id636_x_t".

NX7 and 7.5 use a strange non-windows file dialog. The problem I'm having with it is that my Explorer Favorites do not show up (recent places, desktop, libraries, computer, and network are the only options).
Are there any plans to change this to a more standard behaviour?

Under windows 7, the assembly navigator and part navigator will auto-dim and become mostly translucent any time that the mouse cursor is not directly over them.

Whats the scoop on graphics cards? I have heard that NX6 utilizes the graphics card for more tasks than NX5, so what level of hardware is apropriate? I lean toward the nVidia FX 580 (512mb) for cad systems, but with NX I wonder if a higher spec card would be advisable.
