The Sweep-Cut using Toolbody seems to be limited to swept cylinders.

In Autodesk Inventor there is a tool called Sculpt that allows trimming (or filling) of areas without the need to have trimmed and knitted surface (can pick any number of untrimmed surface and workplanes and select to remove or add bounded material).

I an running 2010.
Someone sent me a sldasm file of size 1.5 meg, but no sldprt files.
Is there a way in 2011 that they actually sent me something useful with only a sldasm file, or do I still need the sldprt files (assuming I had access to 2011)?
