I am trying to model a creep test, I use elasto-plastic material behavior plus power law (Norton Law) for creep, but unfortunately even if the part deforms plastically there is no creep strain at the end o f the simulation.
In abaqus documentation it says “If creep and plasticity occur...
Is it possible to define a constraint (rigid body constraint) to a discrete rigid part(a circle to act as a pin) or is it only possible for analytical rigid parts?

I have imported a mesh from Hypermesh to Abaqus, all different parts are listed below assembly/sets.Is it possible to assign a section to these elements (assign material property)or is it only possible to assign a section to parts that are created in abaqus ?
