I am trying to design a circuit which uses op-amps and resistors that would be able to make zero and span adjustments to an input signal.
Can anyone here help me with the circuit design or maybe direct me to a site that has that type of info.

I am working on a 24 VDC Burkert Solenoid Valve. When bench testing it with a regular switching 24 VDC power supply I was unable to get the solenoid to engage but when re-installing the valve into service the PLC can drive the solenoid with no problems.
