I have encountered a curious CT connection and need some assistance.
(1)2 CT's one in "a" phase the other in "b" phase.
(2)s1 of the "a" phase CT is connected to s2 of the "b" phase CT.
(3) s2 of the "a" phase CT is connected to s1 of the "b" phase CT
The combined output is used in a OLTC...

of 3-phase motors supplied from it, a problem occurred on the utility incoming supply
which left only 2-phases...
