    options for failed perc test....

    i dont know if i am even in the right place but i am hoping someone out there can help me or advise me....i bought a piece of property almost 15 yrs ago....just shy of 4 acres....at the time it passed the perc test....now that we are ready to build....they are saying it did not pass the perc...
