What is the typical expected cylindricity (on the ID) of a shell prepared by rolling a plate? UG-80 only talks about the difference between the maximum and minimum inside diameters at any cross section. It doesn't talk about the cylindricity. Any idea?

Can anybody point me towards any good reference that deals with design of a spray scrubber? General chemical engineering books seem to cover only packed bed and plate towers. I am interested in designing a scrubber for a HF air mixture using KOH as the absorber.
