Is it possible to find ship machinery reliability data in some respectable form? I am interested in propulsion machinery i.e. large slow speed and medium speed diesel engines, gear boxes, shaftlines, propeller and integrated control systems. Probably a difficult tasks?

I am seeking oil fired boiler's flue gas composition, specifically,
N,O2,CO,CO2,SOx,NOx,THC,PM (%ages) in flue gas for an industrial/marine boiler capacity around 1MW..20MW.
