Hi,
This is a very simple operation and never had this problem.
I created a tube using extrusion of a sketch circle:
The subtract tool doesn't perform. There is just a shadow of the operation, without cutting.
Where am I wrong?
Thank you!
Hi,
How could I locate the location of a tool?
In the attached picture, I want to run the pattern geometry:
Where could I find it (among the highlighted area), other than clicking on the Ctrl+1 (Customize)?..
Thank you,
Hi,
How could I plot a drawing and get on the paper the same real physical dimensions (as shown on the 2D file)?
The 920 mm dimension is actually 152 mm (red marked in parenthesis) ......
How should I adjust the plotting settings?
It is something that I didn't thing about, so far.....
Thanks,
Hi,
I created a dimension in NX (the red marked area).
Why does it look like that, it has something different than regular ones....
And it happens only in NX (no similar issue in Catia and SW).
Is it like that because of length? (Sorry, I do not have experience with GD&T)....
Hi,
How could I make the detail view circle bigger (like in the attached picture, marked on red)?
How could I make the diameter of the circle bigger?
Thanks....
Hi,
I just updated a table in an Inventor drawing.
I want to move it to a better location, but it doesn't allow me to do that.
I moved tables in Excel, but in this case it doesn't work.
Can someone help me with this issue, please?
Thanks....
I believe that I miss something.......
I have an assembly with 7 components.
6 of them have solid geometry and they show up.
The 7th component has only curves (a sketch). It is not visible if the I make the assembly work part.
If I make this last component work part, the sketch (curves) appear...
Hi,
SolidWorks has an option of finding a part in a very large assembly by clicking on his location in the tree.
Once you click on it, the view will navigate right to the part.
Does NX have something similar?................
Thank you,
Hi,
I enjoy working on both Inventor and Fusion 360.
Which are the main similarities & differences between them?
When should I use one instead of the other?.....................
Thank you!
