We are being given a design of an amine plant that describes Percent Flood. Can someone please explain what this term means? If it helps at all, the designers say they prefer it to run at 70% flood, but some people will run as high as 80%. This is on an amine contactor with structured packing.
Does anyone know of a pump that can be sized to handle Glycol (TEG) @ 11-1200 psi, 1 GPM & 250-350 degrees F? I have called numerious salesmen and no one knows of anything to fit this application. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can anyone tell me where to find valid info about the situations where it would be best to use an amine plant vs. a membrane to remove CO2. I was also interested in any info on a hybrid using the two. I'm new to the field and you can count on me having many more questions. Thanks for the help.
