    Repair of HMAC with inadequate base thickness

    Guys, My small subdivision has private asphalt roads which have about 3" of base material. Naturally, the road are constantly cracking and over time developing potholes.     Large Diameter poured in place storm manholes

    I am trying to find a detail for poured in place large storm manholes (for 48" to 66" pipe). Could anyone direct me to either a site or a publication w/ a typical detail for this? All my details are either pre-cast or brick of which neither will apply to this condition. Thanks
