We are in the process of currently having a skid package that is undergoing the rigorous TSSA inspection. The inspector asked to see the CRN number of the pump, I had been operating under the assumption that CRN Registration did not apply to the pumps.

How do you determine inlet Line Size for very low flows, especially for metering pumps. system needs to be able to do 82 Liters/hour. For that matter how do you size a discharge line at this low flow? Velocity is certainly not an issue, what is the rule of thumb?
What if any are the alternatives to using a "Calibration Column" on a piping system? The method just seems to be a little archaic for our times.
On that note, would anyone know of any Calibration Cylinder manufacturers or distributors, and would anyone happen to know if CRN registration are...

Would anyone know a supplier who would stock these valves at a reasonable price. I've made calls and can't seem to source a brand that builds to API 607 Code. A nice Canadian place would do just fine, preferably in the Ontario area.

How would you purge a PRV of air when it's on the highest point in the line? There is no air relief on the valve how do I make sure the air has been completley drained?
