Having just made that transition. I have a couple of questions.
1. It seems now if I want to do a cut..oh yeah it's extrude now and I want it a depth to a surface that isn't there...say a pocket floor.. I need to hit the pause feature button and then create a offset datum, then start it back up...
Not sure how well know this is, but if you drop in a file name with a full path. It doesn't matter what working directory you are in, that file will be opened.
For example; you bring a part that wasn't on your search part or in your work dir. in to a assy. You create a inf file of the assy...
One thing I have never cared for is the way ProE outputs these files. Depends on how many times you do a Info>Model as to what the ending extension is.... .inf.3,inf.4 and so on. Unless you config windows to open all the different numbers with your editor, it's a pain. Then to top it off you...
