This is my query:
I would like to prepare single WPS with two supporting PQRs.
PQR-1 is GTAW process with 2.77mm coupon thickness and PQR-2 is SMAW process with 10.00mm coupon thickness. I would like to know if I can make WPS with the PQR-1 as root/hot pass and PQR-2 is fill/cap...
I would like to know where can I find the required maximum hardness test value(HB) of carbon steel(A106-B) after post weld heat treatment. Is this mandatory to carry-out in the preparation of welding procedure, if the design codes are for ASME I, B31.1 and B31.3?
As I have seen in AMSE IX, AISI904L material is equivalent to SB677 which is P No.45. I have WPS for SB407 which is also a P No.45, can I use the same WPS for welding of AISI904L material?

I would like to know the difference of E7018-H4 to E7018. In our WPS it's mentioned the electrode classification to be used is E7018. Can we use E7018-H4 without amending or changing the WPS?

i am preparing wps for pipe 6"dia & 10.97mm thickness, with GTAW process at root pass & hot pass, then SMAW process at fill & cap...I would like to know what will be the thickness range of base metal?
I am looking in European Norm(Eurocode 3 or ENV1993-1-1 92)the bolt tightening value of the 10.9 bolts for the steel structure, but I found is the sentence says: 7.5.6(3)Preloaded bolts shall be tightened in conformity with Reference Standard 8...Anybody can tell me where can I find Reference...
