I can import any loads generated in cosmosmotion to cosmosworks , Except impact loads .
Anyone can help me to do this ?

Which on is better for simple 2d and 3d models ?
for example I need to make a toolpath to machine an engine block , 150 tools are used for machining , and 200 simple 2d operations needed.

I have some bad errors in this case.
I have reused some sketches in different features which supperesed or unsuperessed in configurations.
BUT when I load a configuration, it loads its own features plus reused sketches in other features which arn't belong to this config, so other features going...
We know we can use a computer for a just one vault because we can start one pdmsevice per a computer.
We had to use one computer for 3 different group in our company (because of backing up process), and then we installed a pdmserver on one computer in each group and addressed a shared folder...
You know that toolbox parts have internal flag and then determined by solidworks or other its modules such as pdmworks. Its enough to check in a toolbox part to check this action and you will see a toolbox icon near the part you have checked in.
Now I need to know what's that flag and if it's...
When I export a part in eDrawing to stl format and try to open it in sw2004 sp4.1 , sw doesn't response ...
But I can open it in other cad systems.

First make a curve driven pattern in a part
Then use this for driving a component pattern in assembly.

I have about 500 weld bead in my assembly
How can I check in them considering that I have the same names in pdm (bead1,bead2,....,bead500)
Should I rename 500 file name to obtain unique name to check in ?!?
My purpose is using one computer as a pdmserver for 2 differents admin/client groups in company.
some definition :
1) vaultservice : a windows service which runs on pdm server and provides the net for pdm , it has been installed by pdmserver.exe
2) vault data folder : a folder contain vault data...
If we have over 2000 document in pdm ,and each of them has over 5 revision , really it's very difficult to delete old revision of all document and too time consuming , maybe the first suggestion is using archive/restore functions in PDM . but how should I do that without any risk ?

Of course you know that when open a new sketch(sketch1) , the number of next sketch will go up (sketch2)even you close this sketch (sketch1) without sketching . and so on for other features.
for example you will try to make a fillet 10 times , and when the fillet made , fillet11...
