I need a good reference book for ACAD 2004

I am needing to learn 3D in ACAD 2004. I have only drawn in 2D using R14 - 2004 in autocad versions. What books, reference material, webpages are the best for teaching 3D. the models will be needed mainly for prototyping purposes, most of the CAD system will remain 2D at this point.
