Would it be possible to polish Corundum crystal with grinding wheel dust mixed with water to form a slurry. I know diamond slurry used when lapping is excellent at polishing SS to a mirror finish. So does anyone reckon the former method would be possible? I suppose it depends on the grit...
Does anyone know how wear resistant this coating is? I'm considering using a black pvd coating, but i'm rather concerned that the finish won't last.
Any opinions would be gratefully appreciated

Has anybody any experience with this manufacturing process? Is it a rapid cycle process? I'm asking because there's a job vacancy at a major aluminium gas cylinder manufacturer.
Any opinions would be helpful.

Hello,
I'm trying to find an excellent mechanics book covering pulleys, gears, rack, links, wedges, and lever examples ideally with questions and answers. I would be very grateful for any recommendations, as I need to prepare for a written test at cummins engines
Thanks in advance
Benny
