    electrical beam tilt for FM antennas

    Hi, I need information about electrical (not mechanical) beam tilt for FM antennas. What I need is the formula to calculate the lenght of the coaxial feeders as a function of the tilt angle and the number of bays.Also, if there is a software to calculate this, I`d like to know the name. Thanks
