I am not designing an aircraft, just building a plans design that has already been flying for some time. The UK authorities insist that I provide the relevent stress calculations, this means back engineering from the drawings...
Some years ago in a previous employment we used a metallic spray paint on plastic that was conductive after it dried.
It was possible to pass a 12v current through the dry paint layer. I now have a use for the paint again but cannot remember what it was, or who manufactured it.
