    Motor brake coil voltage.

Hi, Just curious to know why most motor brake and clutch coils are mostly designed or rated in DC voltage and not in AC. In the case of ordinary relays used for control purposes, they can either be constructed in AC or DC. Thanks Chandran.

High voltage ac to dc converter.

Hi , I have 240VAC mains and i need to get this converted to 240 VDC at 60A. Is it possible to just use the high power rectifier diodes constructed in a bridge array, with just one electrolytic capacitor. Thanks

Searching for driver transistor for stepper motor.

Hi, Would appreciate anyone out there who could help me getting datasheet for this transistor C2553 or its equivalent. One of the 4 driver transistors (could be a darlington) for a 2 phase steppter motor is spoilt and I need to replacement. This looks like a Japanese make product. The maker ID...

    Searching for force transducer.

Hi Is there anyone out there who could advise me the various force tranducers that can be used for monitoring the crimp force from an crimping press in order to detect crimping abnormalites such as missing crimp, over and under crimp, damaged crimp etc. The ones that we are currently using...

    color sensing tranducer.

Hi there, Would appreciate anyone out who can recommend a low cost color sensing transducer for checking the wrong color orientation in wire harness asssembly. I know Keyence do have some types (mainly fibre optic type) , but they are quite expensive. Can we use any other sensors? Regards
