I have never accepted the counteroffer from any company I was leaving. I have my own logic about this, but it may be deeply flawed. I'm wondering how many of my peers have accepted the counteroffer and if they then stayed for a long term.
What are some of the experiences of forum members? At least one of my customers (less than 200 employees) is outsourcing CAD work to India. How would a small manufacturing company identify qualified sources and how are payments and disputes handled?
Caveat emptor?
Can anyone point me to a study of the effects of land surface finish on extrusion die productivity and product quality/surface integrity? Any help would be appreciated, thx
