and 'handles' controlled by if/else statements
The handles are obviously designed to fit the heads! On some occassions the 'heads' change diameter, which means the 'handles' have to also adjust to that dimension.

im creating an assembly based around pro prog.
I have 4 different prts, each created into 1 interchange group.
Although one one the 4 parts has also an interchange group.
How can tis be written in pro prog?

ive created a datum curve of which i want to pattern around the edge of the solid protrusion.
Easy enough, direction 1: angle enter increment value
the only problem i want the datum curve to increae and decrease in length as it rotates around the solid protrusion...
i can get it to increase by...
ive created an arc, which i need the length to use in further relations.
So i have used analysis, measure, add feature.
At which it moves to the model tree.
But how can i USE this measurement in relations?

Im working in prt. mode presently.
Imagine a solid protrusion(blue part in diagram), eg 70 length 15 dia with some patterned cuts around the edge (depth 5mm) in the top. In these cuts are positioned wires which extrude about 40mm(datum curves in diagram)

Im creating them through, datum curves and points all created from equations. i realise i can create x,y,z points in cartesian coordinates but i have found no data to represent a knot yet.

I have created an assembly using 2 sub assemblies 'head' and 'body', both parts contain pro program statements although for one of the 'body' part the statements were created in the assembly mode.
The statements for pro program created for the 'head' part were created within its part file...

i have created a local group in a prt file consisting of three protrusions. i want to be able to turn it on and off as desired using pro program. I have gone back to basics with these 3 protrusions but i still maintain to get errors!
