    Sony SRX611 - problem

    Hello, we got 2 used sony srx 611 robots. Error number it's E342. I made a jumps between PINS 1-2 , 3-4 , 9-13 , but the problem still occurs. Fuse is ok.I haven't yet checked the error history. How do I reset task file? Thank you for help
