Does anyone know a good reference for determining loading to apply on a residential post tensioned slab, or any slab for that matter? The PTI manual and any other reference that I've ever seen has examples that start you off with a declared uniform load value, say 80 psf, and a perimeter line...
Has anyone ever heard of a paper written by Pfeffer (sp?) concerning vibrations in New Orleans area soils due to various types of construction activities? If so, please let me know where I can find it.
