As you know the actual shock absorber has two coefficients of damping, one in compression and the other in tension. I want to know which one is useful to calculate in the modeling (in mathematic and simulation software)

I'm handling a suspension optimization and I need the vertical stiffness coefficient of a truck tire (for simulating it's equal spring stiffness "Kt"). Please help me to find it out some pieces of information about those values
