    Thank all! The name on the PLC is MISTIBUSHI. I had switched off and on the main power several time even with 24vdc but all still the same.

    One of our petblowing full automatic machines just switched off the heater line during operation and I traced out that there was no signal from PLC, so I switched off the machine and latter switch-ON. When the machine was switched-ON, the interface board, though, have its 22vdc instead of 24vdc...
