Thanks for the suggestions. It would seem that it's not possible to change a section view's parent to a new view.
I have now recreated all the views below the original parent.

What I need to do is change the definition from one parent view to a new parent view.
Thanks, but the problem is not the direction of the section view.
It is the rotation of the defining view of the section.
I am not sure how it was generated in the first place but it is has the XZ plane rotated 16 degrees from the model which means that all the child views are incorrect.
I have inherited a drawing that has a section view, Section A-A.
Unfortunately the defining view for Section A-A is incorrectly orientated.
Does anyone know a way to change Section A-A to be called out from a new view without re-creating it?
This will save a lot of time as there are other views...
Can anyone recommend a UNJF nut (standard hex, full height, non-locking)suitable for use with a NAS6708 bolt. The nearest I have found is a NASM315 but this does not have the "J" thread form.
