gotcha.
that was something that was VERY lightly touched on in the classed i had, but then again, that was a few years ago and i haven't applied it too much, nor have i delved into doing my own research until just now..
it was a little tough to grasp the concept!! being that it was alien to...
ya.. to get supercharge-type response would be amazing.
i'm building my ZX7-R for drag and LSR right now, and plan on utilizing a T3 with a 50 trim and .48 hot side.
my concern IS top end tho.. i could use TDO4-L which was my original intention and still may do so, but i wanted low boost, as...
frankie..
to answer #2.- no.
to answer #1.- kinda yes and no.
as the other gentlemen have mentioned, your field connection introduces the magnetic field that will ultimately produce power.
it won't burn up if the is no load..
it may pose problems if a load is connected, only due to the...
right..lol
stepper motor technical info.. Hmmm..
lots of it, man..
whats the application? you'll need to see how many degrees per pulse the thing rotates, or "steps". (thus the name)
some of them step fractions of a degee, some step 1 or 4 or 7.5 degrees..
the output torque and...
hm.. interesting concept on lighter internals.
of course, as you know, decreasing hotside A/R is the easiest way to spool faster. i would also surmise that the helix of the turbine fines would affect spooling characteristics.
that, and coming as close as you can to the exhaust ports..
yes...
could someone please explain the torque-angle you've mentioned? thats a new one to me..
i'm assuming it deals with wave form maniplulation to gain efficiency?
again.. guessing.. that is something i didn't learn when i secured my degree :(
i agree with jraef.
depending on the program capabilities, you can indicate an opened zone thru dedicated inputs PER zone (obviously)
or incorporate safety relays with multiple-input sensing.. the ones i worked with (can't recall the manufacture.. my apologies..) were like an AND gate, and...
i would think that the crud used to be the grease that resided on those stabs and contact area... heat cycling and eventually arcing have just fried it up... let alone contamination with the coal dust i'm sure is there and the other foreign particulate matter and nasties floating around.. cement...
efficiency is a matter wasted energy converted to heat.
i would DEFINITELY say that LED's are far more efficient at the moment just in general, since they produce VERY little heat at all.. now, granted.. using LED light soures in the household will change your average numbers taking into...
