    0.006 bore on a 0.125 Lead plate

    vignash(mechanical) How many holes need to be made? Since the T/D ratio is more than 20 conventional drilling may not be possible. Try your job in deep hole drilling EDM. 0.006 to 0.125 is quite possible in this machine.I assume antimony lead is a good electrical conductor. Best of luck.

    Machining Titanium

    Vignash(mechanical) I have worked with Zirconium which is similar to Titanium. The best tool would be TiN coated HSS. Continuous feed with lot of coolant will give best results.
